KEY TAKEAWAYS:
Words layer, creating Wordload.
We can’t outperform the first thing we tell ourselves.
We don’t need to add more words. We need to use ours better.
____________________________________
We don’t outperform the first sentence.
We prove it.
Most of the time?
Our first thought isn’t even true.
To make it worse?
We didn’t even choose it.
Our Wordload made the decision for us.

What Is Wordload?
Wordload is the accumulation of unchecked words we inherit, learn, and are told.
Then repeat to ourselves and others.
It’s the force shaping our decisions, behaviors, performance, and relationships.
It’s the weight deciding outcomes.
Before we even start.
It isn’t about our positive thinking, mindset, or motivation.
Those come too late.
So do habits and systems.
Oftentimes they add friction.
“I should be better than this.”
Looped.
Adding Wordload.
It starts with our words.
From the time we begin to understand “good” and “bad,” we begin attaching labels.
They turn into scripts, pre-conceived notions, positive and negative thought loops.
Influenced by
· Events and experience.
· Culture and peer pressures.
· Environment and digital noise.
They get embedded, hardening into our identity.
Then get passed to others.
Without being examined.
Actions don’t speak loudly.
Words were already deciding.
“Golden child…”
“The responsible one…”
“You’ve always been…”
“You’re just like…”
“The world is out to…”
“No one’s coming to…”
Scripts that we live up to.
Or down to.
And most of the time…
We didn’t even realize they were playing.
We didn’t know
Taking our voice.
Deciding our actions.
Stealing our peace.
Until we begin to examine them.
RE| provides the tools to RE|vive and RE|store our voice.
Our identity.

RE|author Potential and Momentum
RE| allows us to take the pen back.
We don’t need to add more words.
We already have them.
They’re used daily.
We just need to use them better.
And it starts with letters.
The smallest unit of the alphabet.
Intersecting with the smallest controllable unit of our thoughts.
Words.
The R and E when put together give us permission to pause and create.
RE is a prefix that only attaches to verbs.
And it’s a suffix that allows us to become more.
To be bett|er.
RE| allows us to recognize whether “we can…”
Or “we can’t…”
And in that pause.
We find out if the sentence was ever true.
